As the Haute Couture Fashion Week approaches, Plaza Athénée, the legendary Avenue Montaigne Hotel that was the personal favorite of Christian Dior, has created a menu inspired by the designer’s favorite recipe book, La Cuisine Cousu-main. Under the supervision of Alain Ducasse, Chef Philippe Marc will prepare Monsieur Dior’s favorite dishes during Haute Couture Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2016-2017, which will take place between January 24 and 28. The hotel, which was a great source of inspiration for Dior, will also make this menu available during the Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2016-2017, from March 1 to 9. We tell, you try…
